Emma Grace Eating Bananas

I know that most people might care less about seeing this, but she is growing up so fast. Being my last one I notice all the small things that much more.

Spin Art

One of the Boys' Christmas presents this year was a spin art project. It is a part of the color wonder line, so no messy paints are involved. It actually has little lights on it and is very cool done in the dark.

Ephraim was having a bad hair day.

Andy's Birthday!

This past week was our close friend's birthday, so I made him dinner. I made a new recipe called Caramel Apple Pork chops. Unfortunately the boys were difficult at the end of cooking and the sauce was nearly evaporated by the time I got the boys settled down. So it ended up being more of a marmalade consistency, but what was left of it was very tasty and I'm eager to make it again.
.
For dessert I made a mayonnaise cake. It's one of his favorite recipes that his Mom makes. I'm happy to say that I was successful to making it up to his Moms standards.

Ephraim was upset that he didn't get to help blow out the candles, so we lit a couple again and let him help, and as you can see Andy had to put his hand in front of Judah's mouth to keep him from doing it first.

Christmas Adventure

This year our trip was packed!!! Our first stop was in Pittsburgh area to see Paul's Grandparents and sadly I forgot to take the camera in to take pics. Then we went the rest of the way to my parents house. Christmas eve we had to parties to attend. My Dad's side of the family was all home for Christmas and there are 46 of us. That's alot of people in one house. I bought a new camera right before we left so the pictures I took there did not turn out well. Some of the other pictures my be some what blurry as well. I'm still trying to figure it out. After the Dewing Party we went to Paul's parents for the Hoover Christmas. They put out quite the spread of food before the kids get to tear into there presents, which I don't have pics for cause my battery died.

Christmas morning we were at my parents. First thing we get to do is open "wisemen boxes" Instead of stockings. They are locked and as we got older we had to quote a scripture and say what it meant to us to get the key. I love this tradition!!!

My dad gave them silly string and they loved it!!!

Jarad (My brother)

Then we opened presents. I just chose one pic for each kid.

Jacob and my Dad

Ephraim. He had more fun unwrapping than anything. He wanted to help everyone!
