While we snacked on them, we started a new tradition. We are going to make Turkey Hands every year for our centerpiece.

Isn't it pretty? Should be fun to see it change every year.

Then we ate Our Thanksgiving Mini Feast. Instead of the traditional turkey, we decided to do a rotisserie chicken. It was really good!! We also had Mashed sweet potatoes with some toasted marshmallows, stuffing, biscuits, and collard greens for Paul.

After lunch we had all the kids take a nap to rest up for our evening. Every year the Plaza has a Christmas light ceremony. Thousands of people go. They have the whole Plaza strung with lights, different groups sing, and have a count down to turn the lights on. We had to get there early to get a decent parking spot. So to kill some time, we went to Buca Di Beppo's. It is a very yummy Italian restaurant served family style.

Then we walked the streets till it was time for them to turn on!

The photos don't do it justice.
